Kate Seethaler

Kate Seethaler received her B.A. in dance from Springfield College, where she also studied theatre and philosophy. She has since taught and choreographed for students around the state of Connecticut, including those at The Ethel Walker School, Miss Porter’s, Parkville Elementary and currently at Westover School. Kate has danced in works by Wally Cardona, Judy Dworin, Doug Elkins, Tania Isaac, Kellie Lynch and Nazorine Ulysses among others. Kate currently resides in New Haven, Connecticut, where she is a member of Elm City Dance Collective.
Since 2009, she has danced in and collaborated on such ECDC productions as h o u s e, SNAP, and The Blue Project. Kate is currently making work with Leah Moriarty, in addition to serving as Dance Director of The Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut.
